He is now challenging himself for even greater responsibilities and that in itself is admirable.

He is also basically an IT pharmacist, dealing with the various technologies of our hospital from Cerner to Pyxis to the WOW's, the computers, the printers, the copiers.you name it. He has worn the hats of manager and director for different departments at our hospital in times of need. On top of that, he is a Lean Six Sigma Champion leader. Then he became board certified in geriatrics and pharmacotherapy. As Director of Pharmacy, he was studying and received his equivalent US pharmacy doctoral degree. But a word of warning-don't burn him out, people. Yes, I get jealous that everyone else is stealing him from the pharmacy department, but it's okay everyone.I get it.he is amazing and I suppose we feel generous enough to share him.

Not a day goes by at work where he isn't being paged overhead and multiple people come by looking for him and we all just give them this look that says, 'Really? You're seriously asking me this? You need to go tie the guy down.' He just is really treasured and respected by everyone. But he miraculously helps everyone with everything. A person can only function so much on several cups of coffee. So thank you for that boss.Īnother great quality about my boss is that he is very helpful. When I am grouchy, the optimism might get to me, but eventually it DOES get to me and it turns me around. Because I am more of a realist, sometimes I find this quality in him quite infuriating because I wonder, 'Is he delusional?' He is what I would call a 'persistently optimistic' person.

One of the best qualities about my boss is that he is an optimist. Additionally, I've worked for my boss for over 5 years now and I think out of all my bosses that I've had, he has probably been the one that I've been most real with. I want to be genuine in my praise because I've come to realize that flattery just falls flat and isn't sincere.
